From these fruits we derive our spirits.

At the base ot the swabian alb, Dettingen is situated in the beautiful Erms Valley. Within the Erms Valley, stands a beautiful fruit-producing meadow. The original nature remains intact with apple, cherry, pear, plum and other fruit trees.

Nature – important for quality

Here nature is still intact: the diversity of nature is variously expressed. Many types of fruit such as apples, pears, cherries, plums, prunes and “Zibarten” alternate. Here grow the fruits for our spirits.
